Work Readiness Programme

Description

This is a high impact Work Readiness Programme. This 8 week programme was intentionally crafted to level the ground for new entrants into the world of working. Most Work Readiness Programmes offered have a limiting entrance criteria of either a National Diploma, National Certificate or Degree. E-Login Business Institute recognises an important fact that not all job seekers had the privilege of furthering their studies at higher learning Institutions. Furthermore, not all jobs require one to be in possession of a post matric qualification.

Our programme is inclusive and intends to better the chances of those looking for employment stand a way better chance against their peers. There is hope in the working world, our mission is to ensure you secure that job when an opportunity to be interviewed arises. We are excited to meet you as you re-introduce yourself to the new you.

*The programme is presented in a hybrid format (a mixture of online class and face-to-face interactions) over a period of 8 weeks; learners attend class twice a week.

Certification

This programme focuses on taking action – as such we prefer to partner with corporate leaders, rather than base it on theory. As such, you will receive a completion certificate, however, this course is not accredited.

We believe in the positive impact of this programme so much that if the programme does not live up to your expectations after the 1st Block, you may deregister and receive 75% of your money back.
